There will be no exchanges or refunds once the refashioner completes the work based on the terms of the agreement the refashionee has agreed on at the start of the partnership.

In the event of a dispute, the case will be reviewed. However, we seek your understanding that refashioning will result in changes to the original article of clothing, hence returning them in their original state may not be possible.
